Able is a multi-faceted contract parts manufacturer/custom converter of medical-grade adhesives & materials, In-vitro diagnostics cards, die-cut components for medical devices and direct skin attachment, aerospace & automotive applications, electronic assembly materials including: thermal management, RFI/EMI shielding, ferrite and isolation materials. Providing no-cost rapid prototyping using a 3D Digital router, lasers, five-axis and multi-head waterjet cutting technology.

Scale-up support for customer's product commercialization with multiple high-speed precision rotary die-cutting with in-line lasers performed in ISO-7 certified clean rooms, stamping, printing, heated/cold lamination, slitting, skiving of foams to specific thicknesses needed, gaskets for every industry, 3D digital printing, custom tape printing.

Enhanced quality control via multiple optical vision systems, in-line and stand-alone parts inspection scanners available to assure critical part dimensions. AS-9100D Aerospace Certified, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 7 certified; ITAR Registered, FDA registered; ISO 13485 Certified.
